Easy Front Door Wreath DIY Idea

Supplies I used
Before you get started, here’s what you’ll need:
- Grapevine wreath form (I used this one, it’s sturdy and easy to work with)
- Faux greenery garland (this one is super full and looks realistic)
- Faux flowers (adds a pop of color and fills it in nicely)
- Baby’s Breath
- Floral wire (I like this one because it’s soft, easy to bend, and simple to work with)
- Wire cutters
I’ve linked my exact supplies below to make it easy to recreate this wreath, plus a few other options that would work great too.
Step 1
Start by placing your grapevine wreath form on a flat surface. Lay your greenery garland around the wreath to measure and make sure you have enough to cover it. This helps you see how full the wreath will look and allows you to adjust placement before securing anything.

Step 2
Trim any excess garland using your wire cutters, then secure the garland to the wreath with floral wire. If you have leftover pieces, cut them into individual stems and tuck them into the wreath to fill in gaps and make it look fuller.

Step 3
The florals I used came as a bush, so I cut each stem apart using wire cutters and set the individual stems aside. This makes it easier to place them exactly where you want and helps the wreath look more natural and balanced.

Step 4
Before attaching the florals with wire, play around with the placement on your wreath to see how it looks. This gives you a good idea of the finished wreath and makes it easier to adjust as you go. Once you’re happy with the arrangement, secure each floral stem to the wreath with wire.

Step 5
This step is optional, but I added the hook that came with the garland. I attached it to the wreath and twisted it to secure it in place. Now it’s ready to hang. Enjoy your easy DIY door wreath!
