This dress is seriously a must have in your closet. The top is a ribbed cotton like material that’s very comfortable and the skirt portion is light and flowy with pockets! The tie waist is faux so you don’t have to worry about it coming undone.
Short Sleeve V-Neck Dress

Another comfortable work option is this short sleeve dress. The butterfly sleeves are so pretty and the waistband is elastic so super comfortable. It’s also lightweight and this color is not see through, the only thing I suggest is since the neckline is low, to wear a safety pin.
